I don’t think technology should simply make life faster. I think it should help make life more intentional.
For most of my adult life, I’ve been fascinated by self-improvement, health, habit formation, technology, AI, Bitcoin, Nostr, and the systems that shape how we live.
I kept looking for software that could adapt to my goals instead of forcing my life into somebody else’s template. The rise of capable AI finally made those tools feel buildable.
Why Stacking Days?
Stacking Days is where I document that experiment: designing a personal AI agent, building self-hosted tools, measuring the habits that matter, and learning what actually helps when the novelty wears off.
Notice the friction.
Pay attention to where good intentions repeatedly break down.
Build a small system.
Create the simplest useful intervention, then live with it.
Learn from real days.
Keep what helps. Change what doesn’t. Share the lesson.

If you’re also exploring personal AI, health systems, or self-sovereign technology, I’d enjoy comparing notes.
