The Agent

Meet Bob.

Bob is my personal AI agent: part coach, part memory, part experiment—and entirely designed around the life I’m trying to build.

The best assistant isn’t the one that knows everything. It’s the one that understands what matters to you.

Bob began as a simple nutrition-tracking experiment. I wanted a faster way to record food, understand my macros, and see whether I was doing the things I said mattered.

But once an agent can remember context, capture information, and work with your own systems, the idea gets much bigger. Bob started becoming a personalized layer between my intentions and my everyday decisions.

What Bob helps with

TrackCalories, macros, habits, and daily signals.
RememberCapture useful information before it disappears.
ReflectTurn accumulated data into patterns and insight.
Reduce frictionMake the better action easier to take.

Personal by design

Commercial assistants have to work for everyone. Bob only has to work for me. His definition of success can match mine, and when my goals change, the system can change with them.

Today, Bob runs through OpenClaw and self-hosted infrastructure, including Raspberry Pi hardware and tools I control. That choice is part of the experiment: can useful personal AI also be private, adaptable, and sovereign?
